These terms describe appropriate use of the JAFS website. They do not replace an individual client coaching agreement or any rights you have under applicable law.
Purpose of the website
This website introduces JAFS, Person First Parenting™, and available coaching support. Its content is general information, rather than individualized clinical, medical, legal, or emergency advice.
Non-clinical coaching
JAFS provides non-clinical parent coaching. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and does not replace therapy, medical care, or other professional services. Individual experiences and outcomes vary; no particular result is guaranteed.
Inquiries and starting services
Sending a message or referral does not establish a coaching relationship, confirm enrollment, or guarantee availability or funding. Services begin after arrangements and a client agreement are completed. Fees, payment arrangements, cancellation rules, confidentiality and its limits, and other service details are addressed in that agreement. Eligibility and authorization for program-funded services must be confirmed with the appropriate program or coordinator.
Website content and ownership
JAFS’s original written materials and Person First Parenting™ content belong to Johnny’s Angels Family Services, LLC unless otherwise noted. Photographs and other materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. You may read and share links to this website. Obtain permission before reproducing JAFS materials for commercial use, republishing them, or presenting them as your own. Uses permitted by law remain permitted.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the website or inquiry form, submit information you are not authorized to share, impersonate another person, or attempt unauthorized access. Keep inquiries limited to the information needed for an initial conversation.
